Lets Talk Discipline: 5 Tips that have helped me

Discipline is a VERY sensitive subject when it comes to parenting. Everyone is different just like every child is different. I will say that this blog is not going to talk about a specific parenting position(i.e gentle, mainstream etc) It will talk about the things I have incorporated in my discipline regimen coming from a child who was abused. Favorite Plus size Swimwear for 2018

Back in the day, I use to hate shopping for swimsuits as a plus size person. I was so afraid of my stomach sticking out or a suit that never fit the top and bottom of my body. Im Fat.....AND?

Now weight loss MAY come with it, or it may not. The most important thing is that healthy doesn’t look the same for everyone.

had to see Black panther opening weekend. I wanted to be surrounded by everyone that was so excited to be apart of history. It earned 201.8 million from Fri - Sun and looks like it is estimated to bring in 255 million from Fri - Monday.  If you haven't seen the movie yet I URGE you to go.
