Parenting is a lot of things but the main word I would use to describe it is...HUMBLING. Everyone thinks they have an idea of what to expect. Many people before kids utter the sentence "Well MY kid would NEVER do _____" It's a cute sentiment that you truly believe that you will call the shots for everything.
