10 Instagram accounts to follow for fashion inspiration

I can remember as a kid spending the night at friends homes and while all the other little girls would play in makeup I would be flipping through the pages of Ebony, Vogue, Essence, People etc to look at the FASHION! I have always been in love with being able to express your feelings with clothing. Fashion is personal so even if you end up on someone worse dress list, it was how you felt in the moment and its a snapshot of time. Fashion is something that everyone partakes in, even if you feel like you can't put together an outfit, you do so every day you step out the house. It is an outward representation of how you feel and what you want to present to the world.

This year my blog has taken a fashion hiatus. I have done a few fashion post here and there but have mainly focused on motherhood and lifestyle. To be honest I had some amazing outfits this year I could have showcased. I just chose to focus on my inside and mental health and truly enjoy those moments with my friends and family. However, I am ready to come back into the fashion game and show you how to rock some amazing clothing. 2019 will be the year I showcase my love of fashion again.

I have to give credit to these 10 women and I am so thankful that they inspired me this year. I would look at their feeds and just scream out YES! These ladies worked it all of 2018 and I know they will continue to do to so in the new year. So if you are looking for some inspiration then you've come to the right place. Here are 10 Instagram accounts that have truly inspired me.

Ayana Lage (@ayanagabriellelage)

Ayana is such an inspiration to me. She is candid about dealing with mental health, loves her husband and fashion. Just looking at her page makes me want to get out and about in my town and snap pics everywhere.

Kendall Rayburn (@kendalrayburn)

Kendall is a fellow Michgander( I am a Michgander at heart even though I have been living in Florida for a decade) The way she pairs her fashion with her surroundings makes me feel like I am back home. She is also a mama of two, that helps me see that even mamas are out here rocking the fashion game.

Rosey Blair(@roseybeeme)

Rosey knows how to work a camera! when I saw the image below I legit clapped. I love how she doesn't listen to fashion "rules" that people tend to put on us plus size women. She shows that we look good in anything we wear as long as we wear it with confidence (That is a rule that EVERYONE should follow)
