Spring into Fashion - Plus Size Edition
Spring is ALMOST here and that means flowers blooming, baby animals being born, bright colors in fashion and warmer temps. Jackets, Jumpsuits, and Dresses are some of my springtime staples. Those silhouettes never go out of style. Spring is a great time for you to try out a new fashion piece and forget about fashion rules. Below are some of my favorite pieces that I have seen. Hopefully, they serve as inspiration to you or even make you want to snatch up an outfit(or two)
Jumpsuits

1.This blue-hued jumpsuit from ModCloth is a perfect light material to bring you into summer as well.
2. When it comes to going against the norm I am ALL for it. As a plus size woman, we are told that stripes are a NO NO. In this jumpsuit from forever 21 you can show them how RIGHT you look wearing stripes. (This one is on its way to me as we speak)
3. You want to turn heads then look no further than this embroidered jumpsuit from ASOS.

Dresses

Polka dots are a staple for patterns look 1 has a BOLD polka dot pattern while look 2 has a very whimsical feel. Both very good for a spring look.
Olive has always been one of my favorite colors. You can dress it up or down. This Shirt dress is a perfect example. Throw on some gold jewlery and heels for a dressed up look, or a hat and some sneakers to dress it down.

Jackets
A trench coat and jean jackets are STAPLE pieces. These NEVER go out of style. I love having a pop of color in any outfit. Look 1 and 3 are great reds. These pieces you will be able to use in the fall as well. When it comes to buying staple pieces make sure they are timeless and can be used all year round.
